The Laguna Park 1 is very popular with British holidaymakers. Situated in the San Eugenio area of Playa de las Americas, everything you could want from the resort is close at hand. The property offers comfortable, spacious accommodation in bright one bedroom apartments with good facilities making Laguna Park 1 a great choice for a self catering holiday. The attractive outdoor pool is the main feature of the property with a large sun terrace area and poolside snack bar offering relaxing surroundings to soak up the sun. This apartment complex is a good holiday base for families, couples and groups of friends.
Clients are required to pay a deposit of €100 on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure if the room is maintained in good condition.

The beach and Puerto Marina harbour area are just 600 metres away where there is a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars & pubs.
