The hotel consists of one and two floor buildings with 718 rooms and includes rooms suitable for handicapped guests as well as connected rooms. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, Satellite TV, 4 music channels, mini-bar, safe box, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, balcony or terrace overlooking gardens, pool or sea.Family Roooms have two separate rooms with one entrance.Main bed room for adults with terrace or balcony with sliding door to children's room with a window. Around the complex there are steps and sloping pavements; handicapped guests can be transported to all amenities by requesting the hotel golf cart.
All bookings to Sharm el Sheikh include a free inbound shuttle transfer. Just look for your MTS/On Holiday Group representative on arrival in the arrival hall. ******Work is underway to complete the hotels new snack bar and to renovate rooms in the Palms area of the hotel. The sports area will also be undergoing some renovations. Some noise and visual disturbance will be experienced close to where the work is taking place. We would like to assure you that the hotelier remains committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay and will try to allocate our guests rooms away from where the work is taking place, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Renovations are scheduled to be completed by July 1st 2010 for the sports area and snack bar, room renovations will continue until December 2010******
